Creative Console understands that after installation of either a bespoke or an
off-the-shelf software package, there will still often be customer queries -
even after rigorous testing to ensure a bug-free package and full training for
the product. Because of this, Creative Console offers a free one year
support contract with all software.

IT helpdesk support makes available to the customer a person who can assist
with any issues and take these to a quick resolution. Our service is also
monitored by your Creative Console Project Manager who regularly feeds back
with fault resolution reports and for support contract customers, technical
support reports. These reports quantify performance of the product and
the support you are receiving and are measured by our SLAs.
